My name is Caroline Melville (was Baird). I live in Armadale,
West Lothian in Scotland with my husband Mel daughters Joanne and Sarah and Mels sons Stephen and Lachlan. I have owned
and loved Rhodesian Ridgebacks since 1986. Kara was my first Rhodesian Ridgeback she lived until she was almost 13 years
old. Then came Dexter and Aerin. I had my first litter of ridgebacks on Christmas eve into Christmas morning of
2001, that was the start of the Nurisha, Sadly Dexter and Aerin were killed in a tragic accident on the 29th January
2002. Over the years I have gained a wealth of knowledge of the breed and their fantastic character. I have shown
lightly but prefer just enjoying them at home. My husband Mel has grown to enjoy the breed since first being intoduced
to them a few years ago. Our house is always open to people who would like to know more about the breed and meet our dogs.

I married my lovely partner Iain (Mel) I am now Mrs Caroline Melville. I have only been known in the Ridgeback world
as Caroline Baird so it will take a bit of getting used to lol!
Flametrees the Dophan of the Glen "Tolkien"
I was proud to recieve this Breeder's Diploma when one of my puppies from
Nurisha litter 1 became a Champion Flametrees the Dophan of the Glen "Tolkien" he lives with John and
Anna Ringer.
